Personnel selection is one of the most important success factors for business decisions. In 2006, I founded the management consultancy skm360°. From the very beginning, I have consistently placed one goal at the centre of my consultancy: to bring together candidates and companies who are a perfect match in terms of professional values and cultural fit. I am a mediator between the high expectations and demands of my clients and the interests and qualifications of the candidates. I live this claim with conviction: across industries, across disciplines, nationally and internationally, for corporations, for owner-managed companies or even for start-ups.

Recognising needs and interests
In an intensive discussion with my client, we analyse the basic requirements of the position to be filled. In addition to the professional qualifications, the key question is what personal characteristics and motivations the ideal candidate must have in order to be successful and enjoy working in the new organisation and position in the long term.
Finding the ideal candidates
After a detailed requirements analysis, I recommend the appropriate search strategy: whether ad-supported or via direct search. How and through which channels the candidates are approached is decisive for the success or failure of a search assignment. I describe the opportunities and challenges of the job to the candidates, answer their questions and get them interested in the position.
Evaluate managers
Whether candidates fit into the specific corporate culture and are successful in the long term is not a question of formal qualifications. I attach great importance to a comprehensive evaluation and obtain a holistic picture through intensive discussions about their values, motivations and expectations. I also use targeted personality tests and discreetly check references. Finally, I make a recommendation that serves as a basis for decision-making during the actual contract negotiations.
Supporting contract negotiations
In the race for the best talent, the critical phase of contract negotiation is just as important. I accompany this phase as a mediator and moderator between candidate and client and advise both sides - sensitively and solution-orientated.
Securing integration
The proportion of resignations in the first 6 months after hiring a new manager is between 30% and 40%. Studies show that many managers decide in this early phase whether the position or the company meets their expectations. My mandate does not end with the conclusion of the contract. I accompany the first months of integration and hold regular discussions with the client and the new manager - so that mutual expectations are more than fulfilled.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Accompanying and supporting managers in all phases of professional and private challenges is my passion! I help my clients to utilise their potential so they can achieve more confidence, enjoyment and success in their responsible tasks.
MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTICS
Through sound management diagnostics, companies create a solid basis for strategic personnel decisions, promote a positive corporate culture and increase the performance of managers and teams. I am an expert in the application of scientifically based assessments and diagnostic tools such as the Hogan Assessment or the ViQ procedure and can advise you on the following decision-making processes:
