EXECUTIVE RECRUITING

Personnel selection is one of the most important success factors for business decisions. In 2006, I founded the management consultancy skm360°. From the very beginning, I have consistently placed one goal at the centre of my consultancy: to bring together candidates and companies who are a perfect match in terms of professional values and cultural fit. I am a mediator between the high expectations and demands of my clients and the interests and qualifications of the candidates. I live this claim with conviction: across industries, across disciplines, nationally and internationally, for corporations, for owner-managed companies or even for start-ups.

Recognising needs and interests

In an intensive discussion with my client, we analyse the basic requirements of the position to be filled. In addition to the professional qualifications, the key question is what personal characteristics and motivations the ideal candidate must have in order to be successful and enjoy working in the new organisation and position in the long term.

Finding the ideal candidates

After a detailed requirements analysis, I recommend the appropriate search strategy: whether ad-supported or via direct search. How and through which channels the candidates are approached is decisive for the success or failure of a search assignment. I describe the opportunities and challenges of the job to the candidates, answer their questions and get them interested in the position.

Evaluate managers

Whether candidates fit into the specific corporate culture and are successful in the long term is not a question of formal qualifications. I attach great importance to a comprehensive evaluation and obtain a holistic picture through intensive discussions about their values, motivations and expectations. I also use targeted personality tests and discreetly check references. Finally, I make a recommendation that serves as a basis for decision-making during the actual contract negotiations.

Supporting contract negotiations

In the race for the best talent, the critical phase of contract negotiation is just as important. I accompany this phase as a mediator and moderator between candidate and client and advise both sides - sensitively and solution-orientated.

Securing integration

The proportion of resignations in the first 6 months after hiring a new manager is between 30% and 40%. Studies show that many managers decide in this early phase whether the position or the company meets their expectations. My mandate does not end with the conclusion of the contract. I accompany the first months of integration and hold regular discussions with the client and the new manager - so that mutual expectations are more than fulfilled.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Accompanying and supporting managers in all phases of professional and private challenges is my passion! I help my clients to utilise their potential so they can achieve more confidence, enjoyment and success in their responsible tasks.

Systemic business coaching is a holistic approach that aims to understand and overcome individual and organisational challenges. It looks at the interaction between people, teams and the entire organisational environment. As a coach, I support managers and employees in broadening their perspectives, recognising communication patterns and developing solutions. This approach promotes sustainable change and strengthens cooperation within the organisation.

02 Sparring Coaching

You know your goal, have the path ahead of you and want a ‘pilot’ with whom you can review and improve your ideas and strategies (path to the goal) and who motivates you to stay on course?
Sparring coaching offers a protected space for managers to test their ideas and strategies. We reflect on your challenges and opportunities together in a trusting dialogue. Through targeted questions and feedback, I support you in adopting new perspectives and increasing your motivation. This not only strengthens your self-leadership, but also creates a space for ease and creative solutions that support you in achieving your goals in the long term.

03 Career Coaching

In career coaching, I support you in defining and achieving your professional goals. Through targeted discussions and methods, I help you to promote your self-efficacy, identify your strengths and development potential, plan your career path and make strategic decisions. Whether it's a career reorientation, promotion to a management position or improving soft skills - my career coaching offers customised support to actively shape and successfully navigate your own career. MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTICS

Through sound management diagnostics, companies create a solid basis for strategic personnel decisions, promote a positive corporate culture and increase the performance of managers and teams. I am an expert in the application of scientifically based assessments and diagnostic tools such as the Hogan Assessment or the ViQ procedure and can advise you on the following decision-making processes:

Personnel

Support in the selection of candidates who not only have specialist knowledge, but also have the right personality to fit in with the company's culture.

Identification and development of managers who have the necessary skills and characteristics to lead teams effectively and achieve strategic goals.

Onboarding

Hogan Assessments is a leading global provider of valid and reliable personality assessments. Based on decades of research, these assessments are used by over 75% of Fortune 500 companies to hire the right people without bias, increase productivity, reduce turnover and promote diversity. Hogan Assessments provide reliable results for predicting job performance, clarifying development needs and organisational fit.

ViQ (Visual Questionnaire)

The ViQ is a visual personality test and measures the unconscious personality (external image). It measures who I am and NOT who I want to be and therefore does not allow any influence on social desirability. The ViQ measures where our drive comes from, how we perceive situations, how we make decisions and how we act. With 16 character traits, it reveals specific strengths and opportunities for further development and provides information on the fit of a personality to a position - the key to long-term success.
The ViQ fulfils psychometric quality criteria such as validity and reliability and is based on C.G. Jung's typology and Julius Kuhl's PSI theory.

Matrigma

Adaptive Matrigma is a non-linguistic intelligence test that provides an indication of a person's reasoning ability. The test measures a person's ability to recognise connections, draw logical conclusions and solve problems.

Mindflow

Tom Mögele's Mindflow concept is an integrative approach to personal and professional development based on the connection between the mental, emotional and physical aspects of a person. It aims to develop individual potential and create a harmonious balance between thinking, feeling and acting. The core components of the Mindflow concept are self-reflection techniques that help people to overcome their inner blockages and increase their motivation. Targeted exercises and methods are used to train self-awareness, which leads to greater resilience and better decision-making skills.
